Breaking News: BARAK & BIBI - THE DESTROYERS of the Hebron House, Likud Knesset members are guilty by association, break away and join alternative! All Rabbanim should protest says Lubavitcher Rebbe

bs"d

This year let Passover be celebrated to its fullest. Each and every year we reenact the story of our Exodus from Egypt.  The purpose of Yetziat Mitzraim, leaving Egypt,  was/is to enter the Land of Israel and observe the  commandments!

Will the Palestinians keep Shemittah?  Will a Palestinian State achieve the redemption we pray for?

Dear Likud Ministers, amv"sh

Netanyahu once again turns his back on this ancient Biblical, and historical city.

Hebron is our link to our forefathers Abraham Isaac and Jacob.  Didn't Netanyahu conduct the WYE agreements that gave away most of Hebron to the Arabs?

As long as you are a Likud Minister or Likud Knesset member you are partners to this destruction. Surely the time has come for you to take a strong stand for Hebron and by extension for Eretz Yisroel. Time to seriously consider breaking away from Netanyahu and join Neemanei Eretz Yisroel...http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2012/03/press-release-extreme-serious.html

Letter from Yudit Katsover and Nadia Matar:

Likud Ministers,

Likud Knesset Members,

How many times will you let the Prime Minister lead you by the nose?

You come, you give support and you make declarations, but you don't rule and you have no influence!

There is nothing more pure and more Zionistic than buying property at full price in the city of our Forefathers!

Thank God, there are pioneers among Am Israel who proudly wave the message of Eretz Yisrael, without which we have no rights in this region.

All the achievements about which the Prime Minister boasted yesterday, are now lost !

Dear Rabbanim, amv"sh
Time to support those that settle Hebron and speak out against Netanyahu's gov't who rejects Torah and 'whose actions and orders deny us our rightful claim to our Land.  http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2012/03/lubavitcher-rebbe-protest-falls.html

Barak & Bibi - The Destroyers

By: Helen Freedman

Americans for a Safe Israel/AFSI is conducting its 33rd Chizuk mission to Israel, leaving on April 22. As always, our missions include a visit to Hebron. In preparation, I called our dear friend, Yifat Akobi, to inform her that our first stop would be at her home just outside Hebron/Kiryat Arba, in Givat Gal. Yifat answered the phone on Tuesday, April 3,and excitedly told me that she was in the new home purchased by the Hebron community opposite the Maarat HaMachpela, and that we could visit her there. I laughed and said, of course you are there. Yifat was always in the forefront of whatever growth was taking place in Jewish Hebron. She moved from a home near the Casbah, to a caravan in Tel Rumeida, to Beit Shalom from where she was expelled when the house was emptied of Jews and sealed shut, and then to Givat Gal, and now to Beit HaMachpela. I had understood that an agreement was worked out to enable the Jews to remain in the home until after Pesach to permit time to resolve the fabricated dispute over ownership. To my dismay, on Wednesday I learned that the Barak/Bibi demolition duo had indeed issued orders for the IDF to expel the Jews. I called Yifat to confirm the report and learned that it was correct, and she and some women and children were now sitting on the ground outside the home to protest their expulsion.

This is indeed a tragically sad scenario. Pesach, the holiday of freedom, when Jews throughout the world celebrate their liberation from slavery under the tyrannical Pharoah, will be welcomed this Friday night, when we also usher in the Shabbat. It is customary to wish all our friends a "zeesen" , sweet, Pesach. On our seder plate we have the maror, to remind us of the bitterness of our slavery in Egypt. This year we don't have to "remember." We have the bitterness of suffering this moment at the hands of the cruel and inhumane Jewish leadership in the Jewish land of Israel!

When we sit at our seder table and recount the history of the Exodus, we must be sure to inform our families and guests about this present day exile. Also, when we recite "NEXT YEAR IN JERUSALEM", let us pray that next year we will have a President of the U.S. who will recognize that Jerusalem exists inside Israel and is the capital of the Jewish state. Let us also hope that we have a President of the U.S. who doesn't use Israel as his scapegoat for every situation.

Pharaoh Bibi will fizzle and fail: The expulsion from Beit HaMachpela

by David Wilder

Direct link URL- IDF expelling Jews from Beit HaMachpela

I had just wrapped up a pleasant visit with my good friend Jack from the US. As he pulled away the beeper beeped, with something of a blood-chilling message: 'Police have broken into Beit HaMachpela and are expelling its residents.'

Over the past few days, a number of important politicians had visited Beit HaMachpela, including Ministers Yuli Edelstein, Yisrael Katz, Moshe Kachlon, Deputy Minister Gila Gamliel, and MKs Uri Ariel and Tzippy Hotoveli. And there may be others that I've forgotten.

When Barak insisted on expelling the families from the building, others, including Gideon Saar and Limur Livnat protested, publicly.

Last night, as we were conducting a small dedication in Beit HaMachpela, Bibi was meeting with a group of ministers to discuss the 'crisis.' Unofficial results consisted of 'no decision yet' and no change in status, at least until of end of April.

So when the storm-troopers crashed the party early this afternoon, very few people were home. Most were at their 'other homes' getting ready for Passover. It only took a few minutes for the hundreds of police, border police, soldiers and riot squad to round up a few women and kids, and see them to the door. Quiet, peaceful, almost pastoral. Almost. But not quite. Watching a group of about twenty Border-police women surrounding and escorting a young women with her two very small children isn't really tranquility-in-action. Actually, it's rather sickening.

So what happened? Yesterday Bibi said that we'd have some time to prove our case. And today?

It seems that our Prime Minister, as we get close to the holiday celebrating our exodus from Egypt, decided to dress up as Pharaoh and assist with another exodus. This one from Hebron. Of course, his original great great granddaddy tried to keep us in Egypt. His great great grandson, the new version of Pharaoh is doing the opposite, which is, expelling us: from our homes, our property, our land.

Good ol Bibi is the same Prime Minister whose actions took Hebron into Hell. The decision to split the city, leaving most of Hebron with Arafat, including the hills surrounding the Jewish community, led to massive gunfire directed at us for two and a half years. Leading to the killing of Shalhevet Pass, and others injured, physically and otherwise. Bibi promised us we'd be safe. He lied.

In the government decision of January, 1997, Bibi promised to assist Hebron, building and developing its Jewish community. He lied.

A day ago Bibi promised that Beit HaMachpela's residents would have a chance to prove that they really own the building. He lied.

 A true Pharaoh at heart.

Bibi's coalition is fairly right-wing. The people in his cabinet certainly lean right. Likud's MKs, for the most part, certainly lean right. His coalition partners certainly lean right.

Except for one: Ehud Barak. Barak is, for all intents and purposes, partyless. He left Labor, and doesn't place in the polls. He's a nothing, a political nobody. Yet he is Defense Minister of the State of Israel and as such, wields tremendous authority. So much so that his lone opinion outweighs that of Netanyahu's party, MKs, Ministers and coalition. So if Ehud says..., Bibi does.

 What a mighty, powerful Pharaoh!

It's clear that this is not an isolated incident. It fits hand -in-hand with Barak's plans to expel Jews from Migron, Beit El, and who knows where else. This is just the beginning of the rolling of the snowball, whose true goal is the deletion of all Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria.

Other Prime Ministers have expelled Jews from their homes: Menachem Begin, Ehud Olmert, Ariel Sharon. What happened to them?

That's where Pharaoh Bibi is headed. In the same direction.

However, not to despair. We know that following Moses' appointment as leader of the Jews in Egypt, by G-d Himself, the conditions of the Jews worsened. Rather than see an improvement, they had to work harder. Their situation deteriorated.

But then, almost bingo-presto, things started to turn around. One plague after another led to the exodus from Egypt, to the figurative birth of the Jewish people, reception of Torah, and entering into the Promised Land, the Land of Israel, Eretz Yisrael.

Despite the evil Pharaoh, despite the seeming hopelessness of it all, the ancient Israelites overcame all odds.

So too, have the Jewish people, over the millennium, triumphed over all those against us, wishing to do us in, to bring us back to the Egypt of Pharaoh, to enslave us in the bounds of depravity, immorality, and all that is sacrilegious. But it never did work. Not in the days of Pharaoh, not in the days of Hamen, not in the days of Hitler

And they are not going to succeed today. There are still Pharaohs in the world, some from without, some from within. But they will fail. They are doomed to fail. Because our true destiny is that of a Jewish people as those who left Egypt, and came into Israel. That is our essence. That has not changed in the past 3,500 years. . We continue to live within the realm of holiness and sanctity; the antithesis of Egypt and its Pharaoh.

So, despite Pharaoh Bibi's efforts, he will fizzle and fail. And Beit HaMachpela, as ensconced in the name (Machpela means 'double'), will double, triple and quadruple itself, many times over.

Guaranteed!

Lubavitcher Rebbe: Protest falls squarely on the shoulders of the Rabbis

BS"D

I am not the typical Lubavitcher. Yet, I sometimes feel like I am conducting a single women campaign, helped by Shmuel Koenig activist and encouraged or discouraged by fellow activists to entreat the Rabbinic Leaders, and the major religious Jewish Organizations and their media to be more proactive in the fight for Judea and Samaria.  What does amaze me is that their responses or rationalizations of not protesting or taking action was foreseen by the Lubavitch Rebbe and he is the one that is providing answers to them.  It is for this reason I ask that the Print and Radio media create a discussion whereby it is politically correct to question the Silence of our Leaders regarding our entitlement to Judea and Samaria and against a PA/Hamas State.

When we asked Rav Perlow and Rav Shmuel Kamentsky to be more proactive they replied and "Perhaps what we say won't make a difference"  The Rebbe answers that in any case we must protest (see point # 7).  When we asked Yechiel Kalish from Agudah he replied we need first to wait for direction of MKs Litzman in the Agudah party of UTJ.  The Rebbe answers that in point #5. When in 2005 we spoke to Avi Shafran, he said that the Rabbanim feel that it is permissible to give away parts of Eretz Yisroel because of Pikuach Nefesh, the Rebbe answers that in point #2. When we asked Agudah for a meeting with David HaIvri they were busy with Dinners and wanted to push it off.  The Rebbe addresses pushing it off in point #3. When Shmuel Koenig calls the Agudah office this past week and there is a Global March to Jerusalem scheduled for this Friday and Migron is slated to be bulldozed he is told to call back at a later date. Again see point #2 and #3. The Rebbe clearly says that one is not allowed to push off matters related to Pikuach Nefesh. Who am I to argue with them but clearly everyone will agree that the Lubavitch Rebbe zt"l was a Gadol Hador, great in Nigle and Nistar, the revealed Torah and the hidden Torah,  and his words should be taken seriously.

These are points of the Lubavitch Rebbe, zt"l

  1. The current situation in Israel is such that the duty to protest falls squarely on the shoulders of the Rabbis. This obligation falls upon all Rabbis who arbitrate practical matters of Jewish law, and especially those Rabbis who have at one time expressed an opinion on this issue, no matter where they are — whether in Israel or in the Diaspora.
  2. The ruling must be explicit and definitive, being the result of exhaustive consultation withpresent military authorities who have actual firsthand knowledge about these issues, and who express their opinions through purely security-oriented considerations, and not political ones.
In order to save the Rabbis the trouble of researching the issues which are required for a ruling, the Rebbe informs us that he has already investigated the matter, and the conclusions are:
    1. Those involved in military affairs say that surrendering any portion of the West Bank and Gaza, places untold numbers of Jews in danger, G-d forbid.
    2. The past is well known (e.g., Golda Meir not listening to the Israeli Military Intelligence prior to Yom Kippur War).
  3. A ruling must be issued quickly, and a Rabbi must not wait until he is asked about the matter. Rather, he must see to it that the law is publicized everywhere — to the extent that "there will not be a single individual who has not heard of this ruling." This is because regarding these matters, "he who asks (rather than acts) is a spiller of blood, and the one who waits to be asked is contemptible" for not having publicized his opinion.[35]
  4. Similarly, one should publicize the decision of the "Great Assembly" of 1937 [36] which states that "it is forbidden to cede to a non-Jew, even a tiny strip of the Land of Israel." This should be publicised until the entire Jewish people are aware of this ruling.
  5. Every Jew, regardless of where he lives, is connected with every other Jews in the rest of the world. Therefore, according to Jewish law, he must protest any action taken by another Jew which is not in accordance with Jewish Law. Protest is required even if the forbidden action took place a great distance from him — because he is still obligated by the command, "Thou shalt not stand idly by thy brother's blood."
  6. At times the situation is such that there is nothing left to do but to protest. This is a precise indication that our task in this situation is to protest.
  7. The claim that protest will not affect the situation does not absolve any of the Rabbis, no matter where they are, from their obligation to publicize a clear ruling because:
    1. Who knows where we would be if no one were to speak up.
    2. Regarding the mitzvah to admonish one's fellow man, the Talmud says, "even one hundred times," meaning, if one unsuccessfully gave rebuke ninety-nine times, one is bound by Jewish law to engage in rebuke a hundredth time, for it could well be that the hundredth time will be decisive.
    3. The Rabbi must do his job and protest without fear, and without considering the reaction which may follow his ruling (such as being ignored); especially because this is an ongoing matter, which concerns saving Jewish lives.
    4. The obligation not to stand idly by while your brother's blood is being spilled, applies in every situation, even when one is uncertain that his protest will have any effect. Even if the chance that protest will assist is only one thousandth of a chance, or a fraction of that, one is obligated to protest, because this is the law in the Code of Jewish Law.
  8. Even if the majority remain silent, and those protesting are in the minority, nevertheless, the minority is taken into consideration.
  9. The Rabbis who remain silent cause the greatest damage. This is analagous to the Talmudic law concerning seventy Rabbinic judges who rule for or against a certain side, with one judge "abstaining." In such a case, Jewish Law requires the entire trial to be rendered null and void.
  10. The Rebbe's opinion is that were there to be a sustained protest, carried out with the greatest intensity — as the present situation clearly demands — it would eventually succeed, in the near future.

Know your enemy! Stay tuned for the next email which clearly talks about our obligations and especially upon all Rabbis to Protest.

As much as I hate sending this kind of material out we can not be naive as per whom is our enemy and as per whom we are empowering by our Silence.

A Call to action from Rabbanim, also youtube for a better understanding of what is happening in Migron - Animated story youtube with English subtitles

bs"d

Chashuva Rabbanim, amv"sh

This is a letter addressed to Rabbonim, calling the Rabbonim to end the Silence!

Gush Katif happened.  Nobody would have believed that it would happen yet it did happen! Tehillim rallies were conducted after the fact.  Will we be silent now when there is a court order to destroy Migron or will we prevent it from happening? Will we choose  to avoid political backlash and refrain from saying anything that might be considered politically incorrect and then say Tehillim to "share the pain" after the fact chas veshalom?????

This is not just about Migron.  Statements were made by major Jewish Organizations such as Agudah, OU, Young Israel condemning the recent acts of terror in France. Public statements are not uncommon by these major Jewish Orgnaizations.

To my Dear Activist List who Love Eretz Yisroel,

Let us have a strong letter writing, calling campaign to all these major Jewish Organizations and affiliated Rabbanim, and let them know that Am Yisroel would like to hear loud and clear statements coming from these organizations as per our rightful, Biblical and Historical claim to Eretz Yisroel!  We need to stop the millions of tax payers dollars allocated to support UNRWA and protest the acceptance of "Palestine" into UNESCO.  Will we continue to be silent when Temple Mount, Maarat Hamachpela, Kever Rochel, Kever Yosef are transformed into Palestinian cultural sites?  We call on these major Jewish Organizations with influence and membership numbering collectively in the hundreds of thousands not to disappoint us and address the Chillul Hashem blatantly taking place under our very eyes If you are in the Media please print this call to action for major Religious Jewish Organizations in your news publication or radio spots! http://shemittahrediscovered.blogspot.com/2012/03/press-release-extreme-serious.html

Please watch the following animated youtube. It is very enlightening for understanding the struggle of Migron.  Thanks.
