Atem Nitzavim.... Each one of us according to our capabilities...

..."But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the Land from before you, then those whom you leave over will be as spikes in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they will harass you in the land in which you settle."

Now is the Time for Tikkun Chait HaMiraglim.  To speak out with strength regarding Hashem's Promise to Am Yisroel re: Eretz Yisroel and the Covenant with our Forefathers!.

Rosh Chodesh Av:
I understand that tonight July 27, 2014, there is a rally in Queens organized by Chazak!  CHAZAK CHAZAH VENITCHAZEK!!!!

Tomorrow there will be a major rally in support of Israel where Jews and Partners unite in defense of Israel defending itself.http://www.ou.org/news/ou-partners-unite-ny-stands-israel-rally-monday-july-28-n-manhattan/

Rabbosai....

What is missing is moral clarity based on Torah that Israel must defend itself and that Judea and Samaria and Gaza is within delineated borders of Israel according to the Torah Portion Reading in Parshat Masei.  I have heard Israel's friends like Mike Huckabee and Michelle  Bachman quote from the Torah about the Promised Land which is Israel's rightful Inheritance.  They firmly believe that those who Bless Israel is Blessed and fully back Israel's right to defend itself, and Israel's moral right based on Torah.  Why can't we?

50The Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying:   נ.
51Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,   נא.
52you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their temples, destroy their molten idols, and demolish their high places.
53You shall clear out the Land and settle in it, for I have given you the Land to occupy it.
54You shall give the Land as an inheritance to your families by lot; to the large, you shall give a larger inheritance and to the small you shall give a smaller inheritance; wherever the lot falls shall be his; according to the tribes of your fathers, you shall inherit.
55But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the Land from before you, then those whom you leave over will be as spikes in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they will harass you in the land in which you settle.

Chapter 34

1The Lord spoke to Moses, saying:   א.
2Command the children of Israel and say to them, When you arrive in the land of Canaan, this is the land which shall fall to you as an inheritance, the land of Canaan according to its borders.   ב.

4The border then turns south of Maaleh Akrabim [elevation of Akrabim], passing toward Zin, and its ends shall be to the south of Kadesh barnea. Then it shall extend to Hazar addar and continue toward Azmon.   ד.
5The border then turns from Azmon to the stream of Egypt, and its ends shall be to the sea.   ה.
6The western border: it shall be for you the Great [Mediterranean] Sea and the border this shall be your western border.   ו.
7This shall be your northern border: From the Great [Mediterranean] Sea turn yourselves toward Mount Hor.   ז.
8From Mount Hor turn to the entrance of Hamath, and the ends of the border shall be toward Zedad.   ח.
9The border shall then extend to Ziphron, and its ends shall be Hazar enan; this shall be your northern border.   ט.
10You shall then turn yourselves toward the eastern border, from Hazar enan to Shepham.   י.
11The border descends from Shepham toward Riblah, to the east of Ain. Then the border descends and hits the eastern shore of Lake Kinnereth.
12The border then continues down along the Jordan, and its ends is the Sea of Salt [the Dead Sea]; this shall be your Land according to its borders around.
Judaism: Gaza Israel: Our Halacha, Our History, Our Security are Tied to Gush Katif Published: Monday, March 15, 2004  by Menachem Kovacs ...

There is a two-fold case for Israel to retain Gush Katif and indeed to seek to include all of the boundaries G-d defines as the Biblical Holy Land of Israel. Those two reasons are (1) religious reasons based on Halacha (Jewish Law) and the subsequent nationalistic and historical consequences based on Halacha and (2) national security considerations based on maximum protection of both the People and the Land and the resources of both. ...most all of the Biblical commentators maintain that Gaza is within the boundaries of Shevet Yehuda in Biblical Eretz Yisrael (see Genesis 15, Joshua 15:47, Kings 15:47 and Judges 1:18) and therefore it also has the Halachic requirement to be settled (and therefore certainly not abandoned). Most commentators also require tithes to be taken from the produce grown in Gaza as is required of all produce grown in the Land of Israel and this is the practice today. (Ruth Matar has noted that the Hebrew terms "Mitnachlim" is frequently mistranslated with the pejorative and misleading translation "settlers" whereas the correct translation is "inheritors" of the Land G-d promised to the Jewish People forever.)

Rabbi Yaakov Emden answered a Shayla about whether living in Gaza fulfills the Biblical commandment to live in the Land of Israel with the clear and emphatic ruling:
"Gaza and its environs are absolutely considered part of the Land of Israel without a doubt. There is no doubt that it is a Mitzvah to live there as in any part of the Land of Israel."
